Submit an Introduction
Add their name, number and address on your own partner page. We call within 1 business day and book their free introduction to Perma-Lights. You never have to pitch anything.
Earn your Spark
When their visit is completed, you earn a Spark. They never have to buy anything.
One completed free estimate equals one Spark. That's it.

Common questions
Is there a catch?
No. It is free to join and there is nothing to buy, ever. We reward introductions because a neighbour's word is worth more to us than an advertisement. Some introductions become customers and some do not. You earn your Spark either way.
Do I have to sell anything?
Not a thing. You give us a name and we do all the talking. You are making an introduction, not a pitch.
What happens to the person I introduce?
We call them once, within 1 business day, mention you by name, and offer them a free visit. If they say no, that is the end of it. We do not keep calling and we never pass their details to anyone else. Your name stays good with them.
What counts as a Qualified Introduction?
A homeowner who books a free estimate with us and completes it, in person, at their home. That is the whole test. They never have to buy anything for you to earn your Spark.
Does an emailed estimate count?
No. The Spark is earned when we complete the free visit in person, with the homeowner home. It takes about 20 minutes. If someone only wants a price by email or phone, that does not qualify.
When exactly do I get my Spark?
The day the visit is completed. You will get an email, and it shows up in your Perma Wallet right away.
Do Sparks expire?
Never. Save them as long as you like, and there is no limit to how many you can earn.
What if they cancel or are not home?
No harm done. We will try to rebook them, and your page shows exactly where things stand. The Spark arrives when the visit actually happens.
Does it have to be a neighbour?
No. A friend, a family member, someone from work, anyone you know. They just need to own their home, live somewhere we serve around Ottawa, and genuinely want the visit. Someone already in the middle of a quote with us cannot be introduced twice.
I am not very good with computers. Can I still join?
Yes, easily. There is no app to install and no password to create. We email you one link, and that link is your page. Save the email and tap it whenever you like. If you would rather do the whole thing by phone, call or text (613) 702-1112 and we will set you up.
Is my information safe?
We use your details only to run your partner account and deliver your rewards. We never sell them and we never share them. You can ask us to remove you at any time, and we will.
How do rewards arrive?
After you confirm a redemption by email, we order your reward and bring it to you or ship it to your address on file. Most rewards arrive within about a week.
